Free Dates

It is possible to make a reservation request in addition to our regular procedure. All available places are listed here. Please note that these dates can only be booked by the Max Planck Society and its institutions.

We are pleased that you would like to join us!

If you would like to come to us outside the regular reservation procedure (generally January to the beginning of March of the previous year), there are very few free capacities.

We are constantly listing all current free capacities here. If you are interested in one of the dates listed below, please email us the reservation form with the corresponding date.

Dates for small groups

On these dates another conference is already firmly booked, but the castle is not quite needed.

A conference room (e.g. the Green Seminar Room) is blocked for you.

The meals will be taken in the dining room together with the other conference. Please refer to our dining times when planning your event.

Dates for large groups

Here the whole castle is at your disposal! The conference can be held with a minimum of 35 to 60 participants.
