Each guest room can be reached by direct call +49 (0)8022 - 279 + extension, whereas the extension usually is identical with the room's number. Incoming long distance calls can be connected only to a limited extent, we therefore kindly ask all participants to use direct calls only.

The convention site Schloss Ringberg is working with these hotels and guest houses, when their own accommodation options are exhausted. Reservations can be made directly to the houses.
Our rates apply to all guests and conference participants - the list of participants sent prior to the administration of Ringberg facility is applicable for billing (see our T&C).
